Description

The CustomCare© Pack comes with Windows compatible software (Not Mac Compatible).  The CustomCare© software resides on the practitioner’s Windows PC computer and allows the practitioner to prescribe specific protocols for any specific patient.  The software contains 263 updated protocols.

As far as the Custom Care software computer requirements are below:

They’re basic requirements, not much different to the recommended specs for Windows 10:

  • Operating system: Windows 10 and 11.
  • Please avoid PCs that use a Snapdragon or other ARM-based processor. Look for a PC with an Intel or AMD processor instead. If you’re unsure, ask the store staff to confirm before you buy.
  • CPU: 2GHz or higher (Intel or AMD are trustworthy)
  • RAM: 4GB
  • HDD: 16GB (this is mostly for the Windows installation, as the app is quite small).
  • Graphics card: DirectX 9/10
