  1. Your CustomCare software comes with up to 3 hours of limited tech-support.  We can:
    1. Help with installation
    2. Help with troubleshooting
  1. We can’t help with
    1. Programming custom protocols – this is a pay for service
    2. Finding errors in custom built protocols
    3. Teach how to use the software. – We provide written and video resources on how to use the CustomCARE software
  1. The CustomCARE software is designed to run on a Windows PC.  Please note that although the software can be loaded on to Apple computers using third-party software, we are not able to provide tech-support on that hardware.
